Refund Conditions

IPTV4YO ONLY offers refunds under the following conditions:

Support & Resolution
Our customer support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We aim to resolve all technical issues within 72 hours.

  • If the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved within this timeframe, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining subscription period.

  • If the service is completely unavailable for more than 72 hours due to an error on our side, we offer either:

    • a full refund, or

    • a free subscription extension, sometimes including additional compensation agreed upon individually.

All refund requests are handled in direct communication with our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with the channel list.

  • Finding another IPTV provider.

  • Refusal to follow troubleshooting steps provided by our support.

  • Change of mind or request to change servers without a valid technical reason.

Technical Issues & Responsibilities

Minor technical issues or temporary outages may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Unstable or slow internet connection.

  • Incorrect device, app, or IPTV player configuration.

  • ISP (Internet Service Provider) interference or restrictions.

  • Temporary server maintenance or source interruptions.

These situations are not eligible for a refund if they are temporary or outside our direct control.

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds typically take 20 to 31 business days.

  • In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Please note that IPTV4YO is not a payment processor, and we cannot accelerate refund processing times. Refund requests are forwarded to the payment provider once customer details and eligibility are verified.
